AID-SpliceBase is developed at the Laboratory of Innate Immunity and Infectious Disease Biology, Department of Biological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal), India.
Lab PI: Prof. Himanshu Kumar: research focus on innate immunity, host-pathogen interactions, and transcriptomic regulation of immune responses.
